Archviz Via-Studios #3

Project info
Another job for Via-Studios.
My first time using EIS on a commercial job. I believe that this is one of the best feature introduced in a render engine the last few years. As it matures, I have no doubt that one day, I´ll stop using physical sun and sky for good.
The was one of the hardest jobs I did, but also I believe one of the most rewarding, the base model, the building, is a 2006 max file, although I only added a few details, some windows and redid that silver curved surface, I think the outcome is pretty cool. I spent 2 days in MODO adding trees, grass, furniture, pavements, cars, etc and working on the described fixes. And then the post work was about 5-8 hours for each camera.
The curtains are done in Marvelous Designer 2. Awesome software. Easy to use and produces amazing results in a flash.
Of course, everything else, the furniture, grass, cars, trees, are proxies.
